Current turnaround time is 7 business days after payment is received. Depending on supply availability Tutus may take 10 business days to complete. Please be mindful of time frame when placing order.

You may change your order details within 3 hours of placing it. After 3 hours, please contact me immediately, if construction has begun no changes can be made.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please message me. We do my best to make sure that your idea comes to life. If we make your item to your exact specification, and you are dissatisfied with your design or color choice, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We are happy to fix/exchange/replace anything that was done incorrectly by Making the Cutts.
