Orders can be placed through Facebook PM, Email or by website. All details will be verified prior to invoicing.
Payment is only excepted through website or direct invoice for bulk orders, cash payment upon request and if approved.
Orders will not begin processing until payment is complete.
Current turnaround time is 7 business days after payment is received. Depending on supply availability Tutus may take 10 business days to complete. Please be mindful of time frame when placing order.

These are custom items, once payment has cleared we cannot offer a refund.
You may change your order details within 3 hours of placing it. After 3 hours, please contact me immediately, if construction has begun no changes can be made.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please message me. We do our best to make sure that your ideas comes to life. If we make your item to your exact specification, and you are dissatisfied with your design or color choice, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We are happy to fix/exchange/replace anything that was done incorrectly by Making the Cutts.
